The DISC workshop is for individuals and/or for teams
Short, comprehensive, and probably very familiar.
With this short and comprehensive program we show you your strengths and where you get your energy from.
You get an insight which surroundings make you flourish and which style(s) suit you most. How you want to be approached/treated, and which strong assets you can use in certain situations.
You also get practical information that you can use right away.
Filling out the questionnaire and the results
You fill out the on-line DISC instrument. You will receive an entry code for this.
or
You fill out the questionnaire which will be sent to you by e-mail, and you send it back to us.
An online or manual analysis will be made from your answers.
At the workshop, you will discuss the results with a qualified trainer. You will be given tools to work with during this workshop.
At the end of the workshop the possible results are that you:
- know what the DISC model means.
- know which DISC styles you mainly use.
- have an overview of your strengths and weaknesses, your value to the team, how you get motivated and what your ideal (work) environment looks like.
- connect other DISC styles in a better way.
- can start using your strengths.

This workshop focuses on individuals or small companies with a team of maximum 6 to 8 people.
